Saving for a new bathroom remodel was a long-time dream of this Kirkwood homeowner. Stuck in time, the original bathroom may have been serving its purpose but not with an enjoyable environment.
Starting with Wellborn’s Premier Line- the Seville Square Series in Maple was the Vanity choice. To give it furniture look small corner feet were added to each front corner of the cabinet. A Sienna Charcoal finish was selected and blending the Top Knobs hardware in the bronze tones gives the cabinet that rich look of fine furniture.
Installing a New Cast Iron 5’ Villager Tub by Kohler and Kohler’s Wellworth Highline Comfort Height Toilet, certainly updated the look of this bathroom. The convenience of a comfort height toilet and the durability of the cast iron tub will pass the test of time for many years to come.
The countertop including a four inch back and end splash, are Corian in Linen- nestling a Kohler under mount bowl in white to finish the look. The bowl set to one side gave this homeowner extra space on the countertop and drawers underneath for more storage.
Moen’s Eva Series added sparkle and style to the plumbing fixtures, everything from faucets to towel bars matched with clean lines and curving grace. With such unique curves the three light globe fixture also came from Moen’s Eva Series helping to complete the design with elegance. A R3 Series Medicine Cabinet is in the 24” X 36” Beveled Mirror. This creates even more storage to an average size bathroom and actually brings tons of light as it bounces from this beautiful mirror.
The flooring and tile that surrounds the tub is matching except for size- installed in a broken joint pattern- with a matching marble niche to hold bath supplies the gray and bronze veining brings all the coloring of the selections together in a inviting space.
