Cindy Roeser – Business Development

Cindy Roeser will be found in the office if she is not out and about with industry leadership.

With a passion for the industry and a need for educating homeowners on how to make sound decisions for their homes, Cindy has gotten involved.

She is involved with the Remodeling Council (REM) of the Homebuilders Association, along with Professional Women in Building Council (PWBC). She is a National Alternate Director for our Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis and Eastern Missouri; she also sits on the Board of Directors as a Builder Member.

Cindy is quite involved with a genuine concern for the future of our industry and the future of our homes. Keeping up with the ever changing world of building and the lack of interest in young people as a career in the industry, keeps her very busy adding additional responsibilities to her every day task.

Cindy is probably the first person you would talk to if you called in. She also does all our book-keeping, billing and payments along with all data entry. She is the company typist and handles all our office needs and she is the one who works on our business development, constantly trying to improve on our client’s experience- with feedback from the staff.

She and Joe have three grown children who have married well and given them four incredible grandchildren!
