Kalist Bathroom

In addition to a mudroom update, this family wanted a master bathroom remodel.

A new soaker tub creates an elegant look and is in keeping with the age of the home. The 60×30 tub has polished nickel Delta Cassidy plumbing fixtures.

The tub surround and the two-sink vanity is 3cm Viatera Minuet Quartz.

Bathroom cabinetry is Wellborn, Premier Line, Prairie, Glacier cabinets with full overlay wood doors and cushion close slides. Prairie is a recessed front cabinet. The vanity is illuminated with Hinkley Lighting 50024OZ fixtures.

The bathroom flooring is 12 x 24 Hampton Cararra with an accent center runner of 2×2 Cararra hexagon tiles. The shower floor is 1 x 1 Hampton Cararra Hex. The shower walls to the ceiling are 4 x 8 Imperial Bianca in a brick pattern. Cararra is an elegant marble tile with a clean polished white that brightens even the smallest spaces.

French doors with 10 lights lead you into the master closet from master bedroom.The master closet has hardwood flooring with custom cabinetry to accommodate the client’s wardrobe needs. A Feiss F2663 chandelier in the master closet illuminates the interior.

Wilmsen Bathroom

The project was a total gut of the bathroom and dressing room, including new plumbing installed in the bathroom. The original bathroom was small, with dark tiles and a dark vanity. After completion, the master bathroom was larger and brighter.

For continuity, Vida Dolce Calacatta 12×12 tiles were used for the bathroom floor and the walk-in shower walls. The shower floor had Vida Dolce Calacatta 2 x 2 tiles. Bathroom fixtures, including the showerhead, faucets and handles, were California Faucets’ Mendocino line, French Gold finish.

The countertop on the vanity and sink is polished Statuario Nuvo Caesarstone. Their cabinets are Wellborn Premier Line Melrose cabinet, in maple, painted white.
