Our Working Relationship is Built on Trust

by | Apr 25, 2020 | Home Remodeling

In these uncertain times, it’s more important than ever to trust the people you work with. Trust isn’t always easy to come by. It requires hard work and sometimes years to build and maintain.

Roeser Home Remodeling has been in business for 35 years. Our mission hasn’t changed since we started our company – help you create the perfect home for you. As an award-winning company, we’ve gained your trust. You don’t receive those awards without having earned the trust of your clients along the way.

How do we gain your trust?

Trust Builds Confidence

Trust is a key element needed to accomplish your home remodeling project. But before we can build trust with you, we need to have confidence in our business partnerships with the tradesmen and –women who work with us to create your home.

Roeser Home Remodeling of St. Louis prides itself on being a top-notch professional in the home remodeling industry. One way we’ve done this is by forming trusted business relationships with other top-notch professionals. These business relationships make us “kindred spirits” because we expect and demand only excellent customer service, product materials, and workmanship from ourselves and our business associates.

That confidence filters down to our clients. We know we can trust our partners and associates to give you their best work.

“Roeser Home Remodeling has done a lot of work for us. A two story

addition, new custom closet and bathroom, and a new front porch

with beautiful wooden doors. I would recommend them to anyone.”

~ Christine Martin

Communication Builds Trust

The success of your remodeling project depends on good communication.

Remember the old telephone game? Someone whispers a sentence in your ear and you pass it to the next person. As the sentence is relayed from person to person, it becomes muddled and the original meaning is lost in translation.

We don’t like that game. We know that for any relationship to be a success, there must be clear communication. One reason that communication breaks down between a remodeler and the client is because they don’t speak the same language.

Like any profession, the remodeling industry has its own language. Permits, load-bearing walls, punch list, general contractor – these are all terms we’re familiar with but the client may not be.

“Roeser kept me informed throughout the project, everything was

completed as promised, and they left the house clean. I have a

beautiful new room. I’m planning to contact them for my next remodel.”

~ Patty R

At Roeser Home Remodeling, we encourage you to ask questions and share your concerns, needs and ideas. We make sure you understand exactly what we’re doing and why. When you’re living among a remodeling project, tensions can rise as you see your home in upheaval. Good communication reduces stress and any concerns before they become problems.

Costs

At Roeser Home Remodel, we know that you work hard for your money. We understand you may be uncomfortable about discussing some financial matters with us. But it’s important that we have a clear idea of what you’re able to spend on a remodeling job.

Budgets Create a Frame

Budgets are designed to be a frame within which a project is done. Without that frame, the work spills over and ends of up costing more than anyone planned. That doesn’t make you, the homeowner, happy. And if you aren’t happy, we won’t be happy.

We promise to watch your pennies as carefully as you do. They will not be wasted and no matter how large or how small your home remodel project, value will never be compromised.

Another 35 years….at least

We take pride in the fact that we now have a second generation working with us in our family business. This generation is just as dedicated to making lasting relationships and shared memories with you. We want you to feel great about your home remodeling project, talk about it and “show it off” to your family and friends. This is the greatest testament to a successful home remodeling project.

And it all begins with trust.
