On Thursday May 10, 2018 the Home Builders Association of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri (HBA) Sales, Marketing, and Construction (SMAC) held their annual Award Ceremony at the Greenbriar Hills Country Club in Kirkwood, Missouri. The SMAC Awards honors excellence in the home building industry and are divided into three categories:

Roeser Home Remodeling of St. Louis was honored to receive this year’s prestigious Award for Remodeling Project of the Year, Overall Redesign, over $400,000.
Joe Roeser, President of Roeser Home Remodeling was quoted as saying, “Brandi Ward, our Director of Design and I worked very closely with the homeowners to try and make sure every want and need requested was met in designing their addition – along with re-designing the existing space.” He continued by saying, “However, it is always a team effort to bring what’s on paper to life. Starting with our Architect, Ann Begemann, Project Manager, Steve Lauer and our entire team at Roeser who all care about how the end product is not only functional but holds high standards to maintaining craftsmanship that is beautiful and long lasting.”
The HBA SMAC Awards were judged by members of the Women’s Council of Realtors and St. Charles County Association of Realtors.
