A minor job well and honestly done translated to being trusted with a larger job later. In our industry, this is an important fact that too many companies miss.
We’d worked with this client some years ago and they were quite pleased with the work. So, we were happy to hear from them again on a smaller job when they called. And that smaller job led to a much larger one when the homeowner was ready to make even bigger changes.

This client wanted a home that they could remain in through their golden years, which meant that they needed and wanted features that would make aging at home easier, as well as the added comfort of warming floors, a sunroom, new porch, deck, and a beautiful new kitchen.
