For this family, Roeser Home Remodeling constructed a 9-foot x 14-foot two-story addition.
The main floor addition extended the family room. The room leads out to a gorgeous new deck and staircase leading to a lower deck and ground level patio.
The space below is a walkout basement where we created a nice guest bedroom with ample closet storage and egress windows.
The family room flooring matched the existing hardwood floor in the house. New carpet was installed in the basement bedroom.
