New Life to an Existing Kitchen

These “young at heart” empty nesters wanted to update their tired kitchen. While not wanting a complete gut remodel, they wanted to spruce up the space and make it more inviting for family and friends.

Roeser Home Remodeling provided a fresh look by repairing some of the oak cabinets with matching doors and all new hinges and hardware. Some of the cabinets were given new pull out shelving and more shelving was added to some to allow for additional storage space. In addition, the sink cabinet was given a new bottom and Melamine floor.

Even small changes can add an entire new look to your existing kitchen. To meet with city codes, we provided some plumbing and electrical updates which will also prevent any future water damage from old plumbing.

The homeowners added some new, top of the line appliances and we gave the cabinets a fresh coat of Sherwin Williams Snow Bound, which added life to this existing kitchen.

Adjacent to the kitchen, we installed trendy 10” ship lap to the 8’ wall. Floor to ceiling coverage will allow for a focal point for the homeowners to show off artwork that they have collected from their many travels.

To tie it all in together, we installed new flooring. Amalfi Coast, hand stained in Hickory with Maiori as the color choice. This provided a consistent element throughout the first floor of their home.

The homeowners are thrilled with their new kitchen update. The cannot wait to share it with family and friends and look forward to entertaining.
