This couple was expecting their first child and wanted more space to welcome the new addition to their family. Construction a dormer on the rear of the house enlarged the two bedrooms and gave space to create a new bathroom.
Hardwood flooring was laid down throughout the rooms and the staircase steps were refinished, giving it a seamless look.
In the bathroom, hexagon tiles were laid, a large linen cabinet for storage was built and a 5-foot tub was installed. The tub has a ledge that will be perfect for the little one’s bath toys.
