The bathroom flooring is 12 x 24 Hampton Cararra with an accent center runner of 2×2 Cararra hexagon tiles. The shower floor is 1 x 1 Hampton Cararra Hex. The shower walls to the ceiling are 4 x 8 Imperial Bianca in a brick pattern.

The master closet has hardwood flooring with custom cabinetry to accommodate the client’s wardrobe needs. A Feiss F2663 chandelier in the master closet illuminates the interior.
Part of their deep garage was converted into a laundry and mudroom. New plumbing was installed to relocate the washer and dryer. Custom built-ins around the appliances were installed for hanging clothing and coats, and cubbies were built to stash other items for their two busy daughters.
