The Next Generation
Joe and Cindy Roeser made an important announcement affecting the future of their company in a recent interview with Kirkwood Lifestyle. After more than 40 years in business together, the Roesers are handing the reins over to Brandi Ward and Mark Talley. The two will be co-owners. Brandi, the couple’s daughter, is the company’s head designer; Mark is the production coordinator.
Recognizing that the industry’s technology is changing – and changing how it does business – Brandi’s husband, Gordon, is on board as Roeser’s chief technology officer. He uses a 360-degree hex camera to record the progress and final result of a project. Gordon also operates CAD software to create 3D drawings, which helps clients better envision how their dream will look.

Roeser Home Remodeling was awarded another Best of Houzz, Design award. Houzz was founded in 2009 to with a focus on architecture, interior design and decorating, landscape design and home improvement.
